Refund policy
It is the customer's responsibility to inform Simply Favours in writing of the need for a return to be processed within 7 working days from delivery of the goods. The return courier fee will be for the same value that was quoted when the parcel was purchased.
It should be noted that certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable such as personalised, edible, personal care or cosmetic gifts. All sales are final due to the nature of these favours.
Some examples of non-returnable items are sugar-coated almonds, engraved/branded items, personalised thank you tags, soaps, hand sanitizers etc.
