Can I personalize my wedding favours?

Yes, we have a whole section dedicated to personalising your wedding favours and thank you gifts.  You will see a personalisation option asking if you want to engrave or add a personalised thank you tag. The price on the site will automatically adjust when you select this option.  We can also change the colour of the ribbon for you.

We have even designed a few wedding favours specifically to allow you to personalise your gifts.  Have a look at our Personalise It page and select a gift that perfectly represent you.  When you place your order, please put your wording in the "Special instructions" field and let us know if you have a specific colour choice.

Personalising wedding favours will add to the lead time of the delivery of your wedding favours.  The design and printing of personalised tags require an additional three weeks. All personalised items such as tags, stickers or ribbons will arrive unattached and require assembly. 

How do I place an order?

Our website is fully e-commerce and you can place your order securely online.  Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the wedding favours that you want.  When you are done shopping you can click on the “View Cart” button next to the product, or in the top right corner.

Please enter the quantity that you require as well as the additional information (such as your wedding date, delivery address etc.) requested.  We will automatically take your wedding date into calculation to ensure that we can deliver the wedding favours to you on time.

A physical delivery address in South Africa is required as we make use of “sign-by-delivery” for security purposes.  We also found that delivering the wedding favours to your door is more convenient for you and we can guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to you in a good condition.

The wedding favours ordered will be kept aside for 7 days, should we not receive payment within 7 days the order will be cancelled to allow other customers to purchase these wedding favours.  You are more than welcome to order the wedding favours again, this process is just in place to provide all customers a fair chance to buy the wedding favours they love

Can I track the progress of my order?

We take pride in keeping our customers up to date, and an email will be sent at every step of the process to ensure you know exactly what the status of your order is.  An email will specifically be sent to let you know that your parcel has left the Simply Favours warehouse, together with your personal tracking number and a link to track its whereabouts

How long will I have to wait for my gifts to arrive?

Delivery will be done to your door accross South Africa within 7 working days from receipt of payment. Please note that all personalised items, such as tags, stickers and ribbon requires two weeks to be processed.

Will it be possible for me to pick up the wedding favours myself if I do not wish to have it delivered?

Unfortunately our warehouse is closed to the public

Can I return the favours/gifts if I am not satisfied?

We take pride in the quality of our products and we have faith that you will be delighted when your parcel arrives.  When you receive your parcel, please count the number of gifts and inspect them to confirm that they meet your expectations.  If, by any chance, you are not happy with your favours, you may request a return authorisation within 7 working days from receipt of your parcel. There are some items that are non-returnable and non-refundable such as personalised, edible, personal care or cosmetic gifts.  All sales are final due to the nature of these favours.  Some examples of non-returnable items are sugar coated almonds, engraved items and personalised thank you tags.

Please let send us an email to info@simplyfavours.co.za informing us why the goods are being returned and await confirmation for return approval.  Once you received your return approval, via e-mail, please make sure that all gifts are in their original packaging, and are adequately secured within the box.  Items received that are not in a resalable condition will unfortunately not be accepted for return or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will send our courier for collection; however, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.  The same courier amount charged for delivery will be applied for the return of the gifts. Items returned without prior authorisation will be charged a R100 restocking fee. If our courier is not used, we strongly urge you to use a reliable courier with a tracking method as the liability of damaged or lost parcel will remain the customers responsibility.

How long will the refund process take?

 Once we receive the returned parcel it will be inspected by our team and a confirmation email with the credit total will be sent to you, including a request for bank details.  The refund will be processed within 5 working days.  Please consider that a delay may be experienced if inter-bank refunds are required

What if some of the favours are damaged when I receive my parcel?

Please check all gifts carefully when your parcel is delivered.  If any of the gifts are damaged, please email us at info@simplyfavours.co.za at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 working days from the date the parcel was delivered.  Please include photos of the damaged items to speed up the process. Once the damaged items were confirmed, they will be replaced.  Depending on the damage we may also send a courier to collect the damaged items, this will be up to the discretion of the Simply Favours team and will be arranged via email.
