If you selected a rush delivery, we will ensure that the parcel leaves our warehouse the next working day and we will select overnight delivery with our courier. This may from time to time incur additional fees.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your parcel, delivery is done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.  

Delivery is done by a professional courier service, and unfortunately no delivery is made to PO Box addresses via courier.

A day time phone number is required in case the courier has to contact you or reschedule the delivery.

Should we not have enough stock of a specific wedding favour you will automatically be notified via email upon placing your order. 

We can order these wedding favours for you but will make arrangements with you personally to ensure that they will arrive in time and according to your specifications.

Should you need wedding favours urgently we will provide you with a stock list, which can be delivered to you within 7 working days, quicker delivery can also be arranged at a higher delivery fee.  Kindly contact us if this is required.
