How long will I have to wait for the products?
A lead time of 8 weeks is standard at Simply Favours. This is because quality products and good service is extremely important to us and we want to make sure that your order is perfect before we deliver it to you.Please order as soon as you know how many guests you are inviting, well in advance of your wedding date. If your order is urgent then we will try to speed up the process within the given timeframe, however there may be an additional cost involved.

Can I personalize my wedding favours?
Yes, we have personalizing options on most of our products. Please contact us with any enquiries that you have and we will inform you how the favour that you selected can be personalized.

Will it be possible for me to pick up the goods myself if I do not wish to have it delivered?
We do give our customers the option to collect their wedding favours at our premises. Please contact your sales person for their location and to organize a collection time.

Can I return the goods if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not have a return policy and therefore we request that you ask us as many questions as possible so we can help you pick the wedding favour that will fit in perfectly with the rest of your setting.

If I request a quote on the website will I be held liable to pay for the goods?
No, because we strife to assist you as much as possible and want to make sure that your day is special we will contact you and enquire exactly what your needs are. The moment we know what you expect from us we will send you an invoice. A 100% payment is required in order for us to proceed with your order. As soon as your payment reflects in our Bank account we will proceed with your order. When the goods are ready for shipment we will contact you and inform you that the final payment can be made. When final payment is reflected in our Bank account your goods will be delivered to you via our trustworthy couriers.Please take note that delivery will take place 8 weeks after the first payment was received.

Do you have any terms and conditions that are applicable to my purchase?
Yes, we do have Terms and Conditions. Our invoices are sent to you together with our Terms and Conditions and receipt of payment implies acceptance of our stated Terms and Conditions.Please refer to the following Terms and Confitions.
